House Stella is a family-run boutique studio & apartment complex in Kalamitsi, Sithonia, Halkidiki, Greece. This policy explains what personal data we collect through housestella.com, why, and how you can control it.

• Enquiry form: name, email address, requested check-in/check-out dates, and any message you write.
• Analytics: anonymised usage data via Google Analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) — only after you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your booking request. Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and improve the site — it is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention settings.

Who we share it with

We use Google Analytics (analytics) and UserWay (accessibility widget) as processors acting on our behalf. We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone else.
